Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good coordination and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials.
• Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance (lubrication, fluid checks).
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations.
• Assist with grading, leveling, and site preparation.
