Job summary

Blackline Civil Inc. is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to work on civil construction sites in Alberta. The role involves moving soil, gravel and debris with wheel loaders and other heavy equipment, loading trucks, and assisting site prep.

You’ll perform daily inspections, follow safety procedures, and support grading and site preparation across active projects. Strong outdoor work tolerance and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good coordination and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials such as soil, gravel, and debris to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials
• Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution
