Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Seasonal Sales Representatives across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. This role focuses on engaging, educating, and inspiring action through one-on-one conversations and exceptional service.

Base wage is $16.60/hr with uncapped commissions, onboardings are fully paid, and coaching is provided to set you up for long-term success. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for permanent roles across Canada are available.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct(Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way

• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

• Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
