Job summary

Kognitive Marketing Inc is hiring Seasonal Sales Representatives across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, explain benefits of credit cards, and guide them through applications, becoming the go-to in-store resource for staff and customers.

You will flex across multiple locations, maintain confidentiality, and strive to exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct(Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way

• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation
