Job summary

CAMH Education in Toronto is seeking a full-time, permanent Program Engagement Co-Facilitator to join the Collaborative Learning College (CLC). The role focuses on co-creating and co-delivering education for people in recovery from mental illness and substance use, online and in-person.

You will work with CAMH Education and CLC staff to develop courses, foster an inclusive, safe learning environment, and support evaluation.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a facilitator in a recovery college, peer support setting, or similar environment where lived experience is central.
• Proven skills in project coordination and strong verbal and written communications.
• Desirable experience with co-creation, power sharing, and inclusion.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in diverse settings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) or another second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and co-deliver CAMH Education/CLC courses in online and in-person formats.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for students in recovery.
• Collaborate with CAMH Education and CLC staff to create, implement, and evaluate educational programming.
• Support a healthy, diverse workplace and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Occasional evening hours and work at 1025 Queen Street West.
