Recovery Coach Academy of Canada is seeking a confident, engaging, and passionate Facilitator to deliver our Recovery Coach training programs across Western Canada. This is a highly visible role for individuals who believe deeply in recovery, bring lived recovery experience, and are committed to developing skilled Certified Recovery Coach Professionals (CRCP). Facilitators lead both in person and virtual Recovery Coach training cohorts. You will regularly facilitate groups of 15 to 45 individuals and must be comfortable commanding a room with clarity, confidence, and presence. This role requires significant travel.
