Job summary

Maple Lodge Farms is seeking a Live Supply Chain Data Administrator to manage payments data, build daily reports, and support reporting for Grower Services and planning teams. The role involves databasing, data entry, validation, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced environment at our Brampton location.

You will work closely with the Live Supply Chain team to maintain historical data, generate daily histories in Power BI, and ensure accuracy while supporting process improvements and regulatory

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in data or administrative roles.
• Working knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards (CFIA, GMP, HACCP, BRC).
• Team-player with professional interaction skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• General computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Databasing and collecting daily mortality trend data; update daily results file.
• Enter key payment data into the database daily and weekly; audit for accuracy.
• Generate daily reports to support payment processes; include history and allocation files.
• Perform weekly/monthly data consolidation and dissemination of KPI reports.
• Provide support to Grower Services by assisting the Account Manager team.
• Maintain and disseminate New Grower Packages; back up Senior Payment Administrator as needed.
• Generate and consolidate standard documents for the Growers Claims process.
