The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Manage daily live-streaming activities on the TikTok platform, promoting the brand and products to increase account followers, boost conversion rates, raise average order values, and drive sales.
• Engage with viewers by adjusting to the atmosphere in the live-streaming room, motivating fans, and increasing viewer interaction.
• Stay updated on store promotions and activities, understand the features and details of products being featured, and tailor interactions accordingly.
• Adhere to platform and company guidelines, ensuring the completion of required live-streaming sessions and durations.
• Respond quickly to unexpected situations during live-streaming, demonstrate quick thinking, and utilize strong verbal communication skills.

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in live streaming with beauty brands is preferred, though newcomers with sharp wit, eloquence, and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess a pleasant appearance and a clear, strong voice.
• Have a genuine interest in live streaming, be proactive, and approach work with a professional attitude.
• Be energetic, have a strong on-camera presence, and enjoy interacting with viewers.
• Conduct live streaming in the local language and be open to flexible shifts.
