As a Team Merlin Part-time Admissions Host, you will help create lifelong memorable experiences at our attraction, assist in driving repeat visits, and deliver the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will ensure guests receive optimal fun by engaging with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service, demonstrating Merlin Values at every opportunity.
• Seek out guest contact, displaying enthusiasm and energetic fun.
• Maintain a strong sales approach to meet sales goals.
• Manage queue lines safely while delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Enjoy speaking with a variety of guests, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure public areas have well-stocked displays and point of sale, and are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department's operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and COVID-19 policies and regulations.
• Position may require standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching repeatedly or for extended periods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in ticketing, attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with team members and guests.
• Comfortable working in noisy and confined environments.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
