Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka–Parry Sound Branch seeks a Clinical Lead for Transitional Case Management. The role supervises housing clinicians, mentors staff, and coordinates services with the program manager to sustain high-quality care across Muskoka and Parry Sound communities.

You will work closely with leadership, ensure adherence to best practices, and support the team in crisis interventions and housing operations, within a dynamic rural setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
• Current registration in good standing with Ontario professional college(s).
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in mental health and substance use services.
• Clinical consultation and supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supportive housing and congregate living.
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Experience working with people with serious mental illness and addictions.
• Willingness to serve clients in Muskoka and Parry Sound communities.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and operational support for housing clinicians.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and work with leadership to uphold CMHAMPS values.
• Support daily operations to ensure high-quality services and crisis intervention as needed.
