Responsibilities include inspections, general maintenance, suite prep, move-in support, and coordinating with contractors, while ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces (lobbies, corridors, stairs).
• Prepare suites for new residents and assist with move-ins.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and warranty items.
• Maintain building logs and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with move-in/move-out activities and resident inquiries.
• Support seasonal maintenance including snow removal and salting walkways.
• Assist with garbage and recycling operations.
