Akelius Residential Property AB seeks a live-in property caretaker to reside at and maintain a residential property in our portfolio. You will support the property manager, ensure Akelius standards, and communicate effectively with tenants. Accommodations are provided in a desirable location.

Key duties include inspections, on-call responses, landscaping, common area upkeep, and safety checks. Candidates should have valid driving privileges and solid experience in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have problem solving ownership, able to anticipate issues in emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call for inspections and to address service requests.
• Clean and maintain building common areas.
• Assist the property manager to keep residents comfortable and attract high-caliber tenants.
