Job summary

Concert Properties Ltd. is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team at our residential properties.

This full-time live-in role supports the Community Manager in maintaining buildings to high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will inspect and service mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with contractors, perform basic repairs, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to physically perform maintenance tasks across building systems.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across the building.
• Clean exteriors, grounds, and parking areas to high standards.
• Prepare suites on turnover and log maintenance activities daily.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise preventative maintenance.
