Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/cleaning experience preferred.
• Obtain a valid First Aid certification, paid for by the Company.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of common areas and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage tenant relations, show vacant units, collect rents, and serve legal documents.

• Maintain stock records and support the Property Manager with other duties.
