Job summary

Wynford is seeking an Event Coordinator to keep complex programs moving, working with an Event Manager to ensure timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution are precise and smooth. You’ll support registration, logistics, and final wrap-up with a calm, detail-focused approach.

The role emphasizes hands-on event support, from planning through post-event reporting, with hybrid work options and opportunities to learn Cvent and incentive program nuances.

Qualifications

• Event logistics literacy to connect run-of-show, BEOs, manifests, and vendor timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines, trackers, and decision logs.
• Coordinate vendor and venue inputs, proposals, deadlines, and confirmations.
• Build rooming lists, manifests, name badges, signage, and pre-trip information.
• Create and track POs, gather invoices, and support budget reconciliation.
• Manage packing lists, shipping schedules, and on-site kits during live programs.
• Close out documentation, collect feedback, and support final billing and reporting.
