This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong background supporting litigation matters from file opening to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lawyers with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies
• Manage and organize case files using Cosmox
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather case information
• Maintain professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court rules
• Coordinate litigation timelines and deadlines
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong legal drafting and document management skills
• Excellent research, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in legal technology tools (Cosmox experience an asset)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Professional, client-focused approach to litigation support
