Aviva Trial Lawyers is seeking passionate and skilled litigation clerks for our Ontario offices as we grow again!
As a litigation clerk, you will support one lawyer in handling insurance defence (tort) litigation matters. We offer a hybrid work model, promoting flexibility, collegiality, collaboration, and mentorship both virtually and in person. You will handle clerking tasks and manage day-to-day files.
Aviva Trial Lawyers operates across Canada with five Ontario offices: Toronto, Markham, Oakville, Ottawa, and London.
