Job summary

Superior North Catholic District School Board is seeking a Literacy Lead for a 0.2 FTE permanent position. You will lead literacy initiatives, coach teachers, and support school teams in implementing Ministry documents such as Learning for All and Growing Success.

The role requires OCT certification (Primary/Junior/Intermediate), AQ specialist qualifications, and 3–5 years of teaching, leadership and academic coaching experience. Occasional travel provincially is expected.

Qualifications

• Current member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (Primary/Junior/Intermediate).
• AQ - Reading Specialist - Early Years Focus.
• AQ - Special Education Part 1.
• 3-5 years of teaching, leadership and academic coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Assistive Technology & Google Apps for Education.
