Job summary

Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of our Listening product.

This role requires deep leadership to transform Listening into a best-in-class provider of decision-grade social insights for key personas, collaborating across Engineering, Design, and GTM to drive measurable outcomes. The role focuses on market positioning, cross-team collaboration, and continuing to evolve Sprout’s intelligence strategy with a data-driven product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in a B2B product-driven SaaS or Analytics environment.
• Proven success leading product growth in a multi-product portfolio company.
• Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own Listening product strategy and roadmap with clear, measurable payoffs.
• Partner with Engineering, Design and GTM to deliver cohesive solutions and drive adoption.
• Balance customer value with market opportunities to shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market.
