Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support and administration for enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues across production and non-production environments for applications, databases and integrations.
  • Support and maintain IBM MQ, TIBCO, MuleSoft, LDAP, WebSphere, and Tomcat environments.
  • Administer Linux and Debian-based systems.
  • Monitor health, performance, and availability using enterprise tools.
  • Manage deployments, releases, and configuration changes with DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain operational documentation and incident records.
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.

"Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Integration & Middleware Support Specialist to support and maintain enterprise integration platforms, middleware environments, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system integration, production support, troubleshooting, and operational management across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support and administration for enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot system, application, database, and integration-related issues across production and non-production environments.
  • Support and maintain IBM MQ, TIBCO, MuleSoft, LDAP, WebSphere, and Tomcat environments.
  • Administer Linux and Debian-based servers and operating systems.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Support Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure VM administration and operational activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
  • Manage deployments, releases, and configuration changes using DevOps and source control tools.
  • Troubleshoot web services and API-related issues using SOAPUI and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and technical knowledge repositories.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets through ITSM processes.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and operational standards."
