This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a new expansion within the Directive family: Abe Agency, a specialized consultancy focusing on social media advertising. The agency aims to push social media marketing boundaries for B2B clients, leveraging LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert target audiences.
The role involves working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, developing and executing LinkedIn paid media strategies, managing accounts, and communicating results. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in LinkedIn Ads and performance marketing principles.
Responsibilities include overseeing social media accounts, building quarterly strategies, managing budgets, understanding client positioning, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance data. Success is measured by client satisfaction, account management, and achieving KPIs aligned with client growth and retention.
