This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a new specialized social media advertising consultancy within Directive, focusing on leveraging LinkedIn for B2B clients. The role involves managing client accounts, developing strategies, executing paid media campaigns, and collaborating with a dynamic team committed to innovation and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Support client communication and strategy development.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Create and optimize quarterly client strategies and budgets.
  • Understand client positioning and value propositions deeply.
  • Manage CRM lead routing and internal productivity metrics.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director to meet goals.
  • Implement and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copy and targeting.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in a digital marketing agency, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategies.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Success Metrics:

  • Effective management of 5+ accounts.
  • Achievement of client growth and satisfaction KPIs.
  • Building strong client relationships leading to renewals and upsells.
