Job summary

Menasha Packaging Canada L.P. is seeking a Line Leader to supervise packaging lines, ensure GMP compliance, and drive safe, efficient production on site in Ontario.

The role involves coordinating line workers, ensuring materials are ready, and maintaining documentation and quality standards using ERP systems. Strong teamwork, initiative, and clear communication are essential; packaging equipment experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ontario.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with packaging equipment is an asset.
• 1–2 years in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic packaging and machine operating experience are considered an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all general labour personnel in the assembly of displays and other packaging.
• Maintain and follow GMP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Continually observe and improve production efficiency
• Reconciliation of feeder stock and components at the end of each shift. Discrepancies to be reported to the Production Supervisor
• Foster and maintain open lines of communication
• Communicate any quality issues with the quality inspectors.
• Attention to detail is essential to ensure high quality products are delivered to the customer
• Capable to perform in a fast pace environment
• Working regularly with computer software such as Microsoft Office/Windows
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed
