Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is hiring Line Cooks for The Eddie Burger, a retro diner in Banff with a big personality. You’ll join a tight-knit kitchen team to prepare and cook dishes to standard, in a fast-paced setting near Banff National Park.

No culinary experience? On-the-job training will get you cooking quickly. We offer staff housing, discounted food, health benefits after 6 months, growth opportunities, and a supportive team that loves giving back to the community.

We're seeking Line Cooks to join us at The Eddie! Eddie Burger is a small retro diner space with a big personality. Pull up a barstool, but get here fast - there's only 45 of them! What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or previous culinary experience is an asset
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to navigate and work comfortably in a compact, close-quarters kitchen environment
