The Maple Leaf in Banff, operated by Banff Hospitality Collective Inc., is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen for brunch, lunch and dinner service in downtown Banff. You will work closely with the chefs to prepare dishes to standard and contribute to a fast-paced service.

This role offers wage starting around $20/hour with tips, staff housing, discounts, and opportunities for advancement across our venues.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience required.
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met.
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with training new team members as required.

We're seeking experienced Line Cooks to join us at The Maple Leaf! Mountain view dining, local hospitality and excellent food in the heart of downtown Banff.
