Qualifications

• 3 years of professional cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A culinary degree/diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food according to recipes, portion controls and presentation specs.
• Operating standard kitchen equipment with caution.
• Maintaining clean and organized stations.
• Following FIFO to maximize product freshness.
• Moving food products between outlets as needed.
• Reporting equipment or utensil issues to the chef on duty.
• Working collaboratively with BOH team members.
• Upholding DRC beliefs and values daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
