Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executing menu items from start to finish, including prep, butchery, cooking and plating.
• Working with seasonal ingredients and maintaining knowledge of products.
• Honing existing skills and learning new techniques.
• Working collaboratively with BOH staff.
• Maintaining station cleanliness and organization.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning assigned station.
• Following company, food, health safety and sanitation protocols.
