Alforno Bakery & Cafe in Calgary, part of Teatro Group, is seeking line cooks who bring passion for food, teamwork, and service. You will help prepare diverse ingredients, sauces, and baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen, upholding high standards of freshness and sanitation.

Expect Monday–Friday early shifts with weekends off, a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a dynamic, fun culture that rewards initiative, reliability, and pride in craft.

Qualifications

• Must have kitchen or food service experience.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to follow Chef's instructions and keep sanitations standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse ingredients, sauces, and baked goods.
• Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients.
• Wash, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving.
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies.
• Transport food supplies, equipment, and utensils.
• Chop ingredients per Chef's instructions.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and service.
