Alforno is a Bakery Production Packer role within the Teatro Group, Calgary. You will package and label bakery products for retailers, catering clients, and customers, while receiving deliveries and organizing inventory. The position emphasises food safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining clean storage areas in a fast-paced production setting. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification and adherence to HACCP practices.

Responsabilités

• Receive, package, label, and prepare bakery products for distribution.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and freshness before packing.
• Meet daily production and packing targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and monitor packaging supplies.
• Assist with prep tasks and organize inventory in storage areas.
• Ensure orders are ready for delivery pickup and manage labeling.

• Receiving / Storage management
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and freshness before packaging
• Pack and double-check orders produced for wholesale clients
• Ensure orders are labelled and organized for delivery pickup
• Meet daily production and packing targets while maintaining accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
• Assist with a variety of prep tasks as required
