Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is seeking Line Cooks to join our Banff kitchens. This role includes daily shifts in Banff with city-to-Banff transportation provided by us, and housing not mentioned.

You will work alongside Chefs and kitchen teams to prepare dishes and maintain cleanliness. We value a strong work ethic, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a readiness to grow across our network of venues.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience is great, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Chefs and kitchen team for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us in Banff daily, with transportation provided - live in Calgary, work in Banff.

We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

• Earn up to $31.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Back-of-house experience is great, but not necessary. We’ll make you a pro in no time!
