Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking Prep Cooks to join us in Banff daily, with transportation provided from Calgary, enabling a seamless commute. You will prepare ingredients, work with our chefs to ensure quality, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with training new team members.

• Back-of-house experience is great, but not necessary. We’ll make you a pro in no time!

• Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met.
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with training new team members as required

We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

• Earn up to $27.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$20.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)
