Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is seeking line cooks for the summer season at Balkan, Banff. You’ll prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes, work closely with chefs, and help keep the kitchen organized.

This role offers a dynamic environment with Greek nights, wine and cocktail pairings, and opportunities to grow within our venues. Earn up to 30.50/hr base + tips ($4–$7/hr) with a $2.50/hr Summer Bonus through Sept 9, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work with a team under time pressure.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

• Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (base pay $19.00–$23.50/hr + average tip-outs of $4–$7/hr)
