The Maple Leaf in Banff is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team for a high-energy, guest-focused kitchen. Enjoy mountain views, local hospitality and cuisine that highlights Canadian ingredients in brunch, lunch and dinner service.

We offer summer pay up to $31.50/hr (base $20–$24.50/hr + $4–$7/hr tips) with a summer bonus of $2.00/hr on all hours until Sept 9, 2026, plus staff housing and a comprehensive benefits plan after 6 months. Growth opportunities exist across our venues.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required
