Job summary

Murphy Hospitality Group in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking a Line Cook for Brickhouse Kitchen + Bar. You will prepare dishes to the highest standard, work with a team, and help ensure timely, quality plates while upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or restaurant service is a plus.
• Culinary diploma or degree is preferred.
• Availability for weekend shifts is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Clean kitchen and work area.
• Follow all operations policies and procedures.
• Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere.
