About Us
Wentworth Hospitality Group (Amacon’s hospitality division) is looking for eager and engaged individuals who are passionate about next level guest experience! Our Hospitality division includes three restaurants and a boutique hotel.

Tableau Bar Bistro is located in Vancouver and serves today's take on traditional French bistro fare in a setting that combines old world classic elements with modern touches. The French-inspired menu blends classic culinary flavours of Paris with the use of fresh west coast ingredients. Position Summary
Our team delivers specially curated and delicious food and beverage menus, in line with our next level guest experience standards. This position will report to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Prepare and execute high-quality cuisine that meets the standards of Wentworth Hospitality Group
  2. Ensure all meals are prepared and presented according to specifications
  3. Understand and memorize all food items on the menu
  4. Perform inventory checks and notify management of supply levels
  5. Eager to learn and be trained on the multiple food stations
  6. Create and engage in a respectful, professional, and positive workplace
  7. Prioritize and ensure cleanliness in the back of the house
  8. Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures

Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education: Valid BC Foodsafe Certification
  2. Experience: prior experience in a food-serving establishment
  3. Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively
  4. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends
  5. Must be punctual and reliable
  6. Ability to work varied hours
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
  8. Customer service focus and quality oriented
  9. Adaptable and flexible
  10. High energy level
