Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using kitchen tools.

• Slice and portion ingredients to ensure consistent servings.
• Precook ingredients and pre-assemble dishes for efficiency.
• Plate and garnish meals to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed.
• Ensure meals are prepared fresh and served at proper temperatures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow safe and hygienic handling and temperature controls.
