Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook for an assigned station, keeping station organized and sanitary.
• Communicate with supervisor about guest numbers, mise en place, and dietary needs.
• Transfer items from fridge/freezer to stations and store leftovers properly.
• Clean and sanitize fridges and freezers to the highest standards.
