Job summary

Banff Lodging Co is seeking a Line Cook (Breakfast) to join our busy morning service in Banff. You will prepare breakfast dishes to recipe and presentation standards and work with a friendly, collaborative team.

Experience as a line cook is preferred; breakfast experience is a plus. Candidates must be available for early mornings, weekends and holidays. We offer housing, employee perks, wellness programs, and a welcoming, inclusive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Setting up and stocking your station before each service to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
• Working efficiently during busy breakfast services while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements to the kitchen leadership team.
• Supporting your teammates to ensure a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
• Assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a line cook, with breakfast experience considered an asset.
