Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. in Banff, Canada, is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hotel guests and in-house dining, bringing creativity, quality, and efficiency to every dish.

You’ll set up stations, follow recipes, handle dietary needs, restock, and help with cleaning. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude, and we offer housing options and a range of employee perks.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up your station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare food items safely, efficiently, and according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure timely production of dishes, including for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Follow all health and safety policies, reporting hazards or injuries immediately.
• Collaborate with the team to meet guest and business needs.

Join Our Team as a Line Cook!

Are you passionate about creating delicious meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Our kitchen team prepares a wide variety of dishes for both our in-house restaurant guests and hotel room service. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hundreds of guests each day, bringing creativity, quality, and efficiency to every dish.
