Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a summer Line Cook to join Balkan in Banff. You’ll prepare Mediterranean dishes from pita wraps to souvlaki, work with the kitchen team for a seamless service, and help train new staff.

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us this summer at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

• Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (base pay $19.00–$23.50/hr + average tip-outs of $4–$7/hr)
