• Prepare ingredients through chopping, portioning, seasoning and other food preparation tasks.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and proper storage.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
• Keep workstations, equipment and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating ingredients when required.
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
