Union Latinos Food in Vancouver is seeking a kitchen production worker to help prepare and produce Colombian empanadas and tequeños. You will handle dough, fillings and ingredients, assemble products and ensure recipes and quality standards are followed to maintain consistency across batches.
This role emphasizes hands-on production, cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting. Availability Tue-Thu mornings is required; Spanish language ability is a helpful asset for the team.

This position is primarily focused on the preparation and production of Colombian empanadas and tequeños. You'll be responsible for preparing dough, fillings and ingredients, assembling products and ensuring everything is consistently prepared according to our recipes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous food preparation, food production or kitchen experience is preferred.
Good hand skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
Ability to maintain consistency when producing food in batches.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
Availability Tuesday through Thursday, from approximately 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, with a valid SIN number.
FOODSAFE Level 1 is an asset.
Spanish language skills are a strong asset.
