Job summary

Squamish Samurai Sushi in Squamish, BC is hiring a kitchen cook to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes on site. You will train kitchen staff, supervise helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment while keeping work areas clean.

The role requires 1 year to 2 years of experience, a secondary school certificate, and a hands-on approach to food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience prepping and cooking meals in a restaurant setting.
