The Life of a Line Cook :

  • Work cooperatively under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine in all matters of the kitchen.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a can-do attitude in the kitchen.
  • Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Chef de Cuisine.

What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Current Food Safe certification (or equivalent).
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from our location.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change.
  • You trust others and never let anyone down.
  • You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency.
  • You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions.
