As a kitchen team member, you will be responsible for the preparation, setup, and execution of customer orders, ensuring that the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs are met at every step.

• Prepare dishes ordered at your station in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Set up and prepare different work stations
• Assist the Chef in all kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness of your station and participate in kitchen cleaning activities
• Follow health and safety standards established by the company
• Assist the dishwasher as needed
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the Chef de Cuisine
