JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the on-site manager, you are responsible for ensuring the necessary support for food production. You will be working with fresh product ranging from Club Sandwiches and Wraps, Poutines and of course our famous Benny & Co Rotisserie Chicken, with new and exciting items coming to our menu regularly. You will be working with modern, state of the art kitchen equipment and will be an active participant in the maintenance of health and hygiene standards, as well as Benny & Co.'s quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Working on a line to complete orders in a timely manner.
2. Performing product rotations.
3. Keeping your station and the kitchen clean and hygienic.
4. Stocking lines and performing necessary Prep before each service.
5. Following the tried and true Benny & Co recipes.
6. Working with fresh product.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Kitchen Experience recommended.
2. Flexible Schedule.
3. In the Kanata/Stittsville area or with reliable transportation.
4. Honest and Hardworking.
5. Able to work in a team environment.
