Job summary

Five Rivers Property Management Group, based in Guelph, Ontario, seeks a role to support a licensed Condominium Manager in handling a portfolio of properties. Over two years, you will train toward full licensure with courses outside regular hours and participate in budgeting, resident relations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors, and assisting in daily operations while aligning with governing documents and board directives.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must have, or be committed to obtaining, a Condominium General License (includes required courses at the candidate's cost and a police record check).
• Availability for after-hours emergencies and evening Board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for assigned condominium communities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well maintained and aligned with governing documents, rules, and applicable requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for condominium corporations.
• Review invoices and support approvals in accordance with internal processes.
• Review and interpret monthly financial statements.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and service providers, responding to inquiries and concerns.
• Support clear, timely communication with residents (including through the community website).
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to support implementation of policies and decisions.
• Coordinate with service providers to support community operations.
• Support compliance with condominium requirements and best practices.

Role Summary
