Job summary

Lumenpulse in Longueuil is seeking an assembler to build lighting products per diagrams and specifications, read orders and drawings, and prepare parts for assembly.

You will perform functional tests, use standard tools, and support other departments while upholding quality and safety standards. Fluency in French with basic English is expected to interact with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Possess knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
• DVS/STC in a related field (assembly, electronics, etc.) or any experience deemed equivalent (asset).
• Have 1 year of experience in assembling device parts and components.
• Experience in electronics or related field (asset).

Responsibilities

• Assemble lighting products following diagrams and instructions.
• Produce a compliant product according to specifications, quality and productivity standards.
• Read purchase orders, drawings and material lists.
• Prepare parts to be assembled.
• Perform functional tests on finished products to verify quality.
• Use appropriate tools.
• Report problems to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow quality/environment directives.
• Provide support to other departments (picking, packaging, etc.).
• Perform all other related tasks.
