Job summary

The Lumenpulse Group in Quebec, Canada is seeking a Software Engineer to participate in Windows development using C# and WPF/XAML, and to build internal tools and scripts.

You will debug with software and firmware colleagues, collaborate with various departments, contribute to architecture and UI, and take ownership of small projects from start to finish, helping larger initiatives through hands-on contributions.

Qualifications

• BAC in CS/CE/SE or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job description

Education + Experience Required

• Have completed a BAC in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent experience;
• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications + skills Required

• Have a good knowledge of object-oriented programming principles;
• Have experience in C# language;
• Demonstrate autonomy, creativity, rigour and initiative;
• Be familiar with version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.);
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English;
• Know how to navigate between individual and team work;
• Want to develop and learn and be curious by nature;
• Knowledge or interest in embedded systems (asset)
• Have knowledge of WPF/XAML (asset).
