Job summary

Allbright, a Shannex brand, seeks a Lifestyle Consultant to develop sales strategies, nurture leads, and guide prospective residents through their journey to joining our community.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will tour, coordinate move-ins, respond to inquiries, and maintain ongoing communication with prospects. A university degree, strong CRM skills, and 2–3 years in sales are required. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Two to three years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for hospitality, relationship building, and helping people make important life decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and outreach strategies to achieve occupancy, membership, and sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective residents, members, referral partners, and community organizations to generate new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, responding to inquiries, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales journey
  • Represent Allbright at networking events, community presentations, open houses, and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and engagement
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools while tracking leads, referrals, tours, and conversion activities
  • Partner with community leaders to continuously enhance the resident and member experience while supporting retention, satisfaction, and ongoing quality improvement

About You

  • Experience working directly with customers in a hospitality, luxury service, real estate, lifestyle, or membership-based environment
